COMPANY HISTORY

Coinfx24 has been trading successfully since 2009.

The company has its headquarters in state-of-the-art trading rooms in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

 



The business was founded by a group of investment bankers, who decided to set up their own company with the intention of making cryptocurrency trading more accessible.

The company has also been making waves in the Investment Trends UK, CFD, FX and Cryptocurrency trading.

In May 2012 Coinfx24 launched an online cryptocurrency trading service and followed that by launching it's own financial online trading platform soon after.

In January of 2012 Coinfx24 acquired the client database of MF Global Spreads and in February 2012 the client database of Leadswaytrader.com was incorporated into Coinfx24 giving the firm an estimated 10% share of the financial trading market.

In June of 2012 Coinfx24 revamped its online financial trading platform to include advanced features such as one-click dealing, standard/pairs view and customisable trading windows.

At the beginning of 2013 Coinfx24 rebranded to feature the recognisable Coinfx24 'Red Man' theme across its desktop, tablet and mobile sites and across all advertising campaigns and customer correspondence.

Due to an ever-expanding customer base, in September of 2015 Coinfx24 penned a £1.2m private cloud deal with Computacenter to improve the stablitity and security of its trading platforms.

Coinfx24 released its popular financial platform in August 2016 allowing its clients to trade on the move.

In July of 2017, Coinfx24 announced record annual accounts of profits before tax of £18.5m from turnover of £35.4m for the financial year ending 31 May 2014.

In October 2018, to accommodate the firm's growing workforce, Coinfx24 moved to a larger, newly-refurbished office in St Albans called Churchill House. The location of the office remains a short train journey from Central London.
